Wow ! Is that new growth really that pale? The rest of the plant is healthy but that looks starved.
Transplant it into the yard using some compost and cow manure or into another pot with a good potting mix and use some Osmacote as fertilizer in either planting. Unless that one stem is damaged which I suspect it is, it will straighten out. I would probably go ahead and remove that stem.
